The Elizabeth J. Ferrell Fetal Health Center is one of only a few of its kind in the nation, delivering babies with high risks and complications right here at the hospital so that they can get the immediate care they need. With family-centered care, Children’s Mercy provides a unique, family-centered environment that understands and provides for the needs of both pediatric patients and their families. Their Child Life program is one of the largest in the country.
