College Sports: KU Jayhawks & MU Tigers For Starters

Kansas City is such a sports town with all the local and nearby schools. Visit the University of Missouri Tigers just up the road in Columbia, the world-renowned Kansas University Jayhawks in Lawrence and K-State Wildcats, both just a jaunt into Kansas. University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) is located downtown, and the Kangaroos draw crowds for basketball and volleyball. In addition, our local high schools have a strong following and you won’t be disappointed in the passion of fans and players.
