After graduation, he soon earned a position with one of Kansas Citys premier companies, J.E. Dunn Construction, and was assigned to several large projects in Colorado. After several years with J.E. Dunn, Chad had the opportunity to return to Kansas City and operate his own home building company, his first true passion.
